After you purchase the product in our shop, you will receive it by email (the one you provided when paying). Please check your spam folder.

I bought a product and didn’t receive it. What now?

When I purchase something in your store, will I receive a physical product?

All products in this store are digital items. We don’t sell physical products, so nothing will be shipped at any time, which is why we don’t ask for your address.

I didn’t know I had to use different programs to use your products. What do I do now?
